Pack a Punch: Creamy and Spicy Cucumber Salad 🥒🌶️

Let's eat a whole cucumber!

Here's how to eat a cucumber when you don't like to eat it raw:

Cooking Time: 5 - 10 minutes
Serves: 1-2 portions

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Wash the cucumbers and cut them into disks (or any shape you prefer).
  2. Chop the spring onions as well.
  3. Put those chopped cucumbers and spring onions in a container that has a lid (Do not close it yet).
  4. Add in 1 tablespoon of greek yoghurt (If you use a bigger cucumber, add more. If you use a smaller cucumber, add less).
  5. Season with a pinch each of salt, pepper, mushroom boullion powder, sugar, garlic powder, and 1 tsp lemon juice.
  6. Add a teaspoon of Chilli Chan's Crispy Chilli Oil. If you like it spicier, then add more to your preference.
  7. Close the container and SHAKE IT!* until it's mixed thouroughly.
  8. Once it's mixed, taste it and adjust the seasoning to your preference.
  9. Grab a fork and chopsticks, enjoy!

TIP ‼️

  • To make it more of a high protein meal, you can add tuna or beans in and eat it as a sandwich filling.
  • It tastes better the next day but will lose some texture. Do not keep for too long.
