Swalty: Sesame & Soy Noodle Salad

To all Vegetables lovers and haters! Here's something Sweet and Salt for you!

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 1-2 portions

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the vegetables by cutting them to julienne pieces. (TIP: buy pre-shredded vegetables. Makes your life easier).
  2. Cook Sesame & Soy Noodles according to the box instructions and move to a salad bowl preferably. DO NOT MIX IN THE SAUCE YET.
  3. Make the dressing by using the Sesame & Soy sauce sachets. Season with salt, sugar, soy sauce, and mushroom boullion powder.
  4. To make a sweeter dressing, add in Chilli Chan's Crispy Hot Honey.(TIP:Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning to your liking).
  5. Cook the chicken, simply with salt and pepper in a pan until it's cooked.
  6. In the salad bowl with the noodles, add in the julienned vegetables.
  7. Top it off with sesame seeds and fried shallots to add more fun crunch.
  8. Pour in the dressing.
  9. Mix it up and Enjoy!


TOP TIP ‼️

  • You can use any kind of vegetables of your liking, but make sure to cut them into julienne to bite-size pieces to make it easy to mix and eat comfortably.
  • If you want to make a spicy dressing, use Chilli Chan's Crispy Chilli Oil instead. OR MIX BOTH!
  • To make it vegetarian, you can add Tofu instead of chicken.
