Loaded Crispy Chilli Oil Chips
Crispy chips, smoky bacon, runny eggs, parmesan, spring onion, and a generous amount of Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil all mixed together into one ridiculously good bowl.

Ingredients
- Your favourite chips
- Bacon
- 2 eggs
- Parmesan
- Spring onion
- Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil
How to make
- Heat a pan with Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil and fry the bacon until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the eggs until the whites are cooked but the yolks stay runny.
- Add your chips into a bowl, then top with the eggs, crispy bacon, spring onion, parmesan, and more Crispy Chilli Oil.
- Mix everything together and serve immediately.
