No Refunds for Food Products

We do not offer refunds or returns for our food products unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. This is because food items are perishable and cannot be returned once delivered, as allowed under Dutch and EU law (Article 6:230p BW and Consumer Rights Directive).

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at hello [at] chillichans.com. We’ll review the issue and fix it—whether by replacing the item or offering a refund, at our discretion.
