Chilli Chan’s was born during lockdown — out of a craving for real flavour and a longing for home. Founder Eyan found comfort in recreating her Taiwanese mother’s recipes, eventually crafting a crispy chilli oil that quickly became a hit with friends and family.
What started as a kitchen experiment turned into a small-batch side hustle, fueled by her love for bold, honest flavours. Juggling a corporate career at adidas and a growing fan base, Eyan made the leap — leaving behind the 9-to-5 to fully dedicate herself to Chilli Chan’s.
Rooted in tradition, built with heart, and driven by a love of spice, Chilli Chan’s is here to bring a taste of Taiwan to your pantry.
