Pack a Punch: Creamy and Spicy Cucumber Salad 🥒🌶️
Let's eat a whole cucumber!
Here's how to eat a cucumber when you don't like to eat it raw:
Cooking Time: 5 - 10 minutes
Serves: 1-2 portions
Ingredients:
- 1 whole Cucumber
- Spring onion
- Greek Yoghurt
- Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mushroom Boullion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Sugar
Instructions:
- Wash the cucumbers and cut them into disks (or any shape you prefer).
- Chop the spring onions as well.
- Put those chopped cucumbers and spring onions in a container that has a lid (Do not close it yet).
- Add in 1 tablespoon of greek yoghurt (If you use a bigger cucumber, add more. If you use a smaller cucumber, add less).
- Season with a pinch each of salt, pepper, mushroom boullion powder, sugar, garlic powder, and 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Add a teaspoon of Chilli Chan's Crispy Chilli Oil. If you like it spicier, then add more to your preference.
- Close the container and SHAKE IT!* until it's mixed thouroughly.
- Once it's mixed, taste it and adjust the seasoning to your preference.
- Grab a fork and chopsticks, enjoy!

TIP ‼️
- To make it more of a high protein meal, you can add tuna or beans in and eat it as a sandwich filling.
- It tastes better the next day but will lose some texture. Do not keep for too long.
