Ingredients
- 1 block silken tofyÂ
- 1 tbsp soy sauceÂ
- 1 tbsp Chilli Chan's crispy chilli oilÂ
- Half tsp sesame oil
- Half tsp of sweetener of your choiceÂ
- 1 sliced green onion

Instructions
- Carefully remove the silken tofu from its packaging and place it on a shallow plate.
- Using a knife, gently cut shallow slits across the top of the tofu to help the sauce soak in.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Chilli Chan's crispy chilli oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sweetener, and minced garlic.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the tofu, letting it seep into the slits.
- Top with sliced green onions.
- Serve cold, either on its own or with warm steamed rice.
