
Cheesy Spicy Sichuan Noodles đź§€
Craving something spicy and comforting? These creamy Sichuan noodles hit the spot. Our Knifecut noodles are coated in a rich, cheesy sauce that balances the heat without taking away the kick. If the spice is a little much for you, this is the perfect way to mellow things out—while still keeping it bold and flavor-packed.

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Chilli Chan's Spicy Sichuan Knife-Cut NoodlesÂ
- Half a cup of milk (dairy or unsweetened plant-based)Â
- 1 slice cheddar, mozzarella, or any melty cheese (or a handful of shredded cheese)Â
Optional toppings:Â
- Spring onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds
- Fried or soft boiled eggÂ
- Extra crispy chilli oil
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Reserve a few tablespoons of noodle water, then drain.
- Return the noodles to the pan over low heat.
- Add the sauce pack, milk, and cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy and coats the noodles evenly. Use the reserved noodle water to loosen if needed.
- Serve hot, topped with spring onions, sesame seeds, and an egg if you like.
- Drizzle with extra crispy chilli oil for if you can handle the heat ;)
