Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Chilli Chan’s Hot Honey
- 1 slice toasted bread
- 1/2 cup mozzarella and cheddar mix
- Spring onions
How to make
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add Chilli Chan’s Hot Honey. Sprinkle in the cheese and let it start to melt.
- Crack in the eggs and cover with a lid. Cook until the eggs are set to your liking.
- Add a little more Hot Honey and extra cheese for that perfect sweet and savoury balance.
- Fold everything into a soft envelope shape in the pan
- Place it on top of your toasted bread and finish with chopped spring onions.
