High-Protein Hot Honey Chicken with Rice🌶️🍚
This High-Protein Hot Honey Chicken is the perfect quick fit-friendly meal - juicy, tender, sweet, spicy, and packed with flavour. Ready in just 15 minutes, it features baked chicken breast coated in Chilli Chan’s Hot Honey, served over fluffy rice and finished with a creamy drizzle of Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil yogurt sauce. Serves:Â 1 personÂ
Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breastÂ
- 1 tsp Hot Honey Chilli Oil
- 2 tsb soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic paste (or garlic powder)
- 60 g dry white rice
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Crispy Chilli Oil
Instructions:Â
- Preheat the oven to 200°C / 390°F.
- Cut the chicken breast into large chunks.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken with soy sauce, Chilli Chan’s Hot Honey, garlic, and olive oil.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, until cooked through and juicy.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice with water and a pinch of salt until fluffy.
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil.
- Serve the baked hot honey chicken over rice and drizzle with the chilli yogurt sauce.
