Crispy Chilli Chicken Wraps

Crispy Chilli Chicken Wraps are the perfect quick, high-protein meal, warm, creamy, savoury, and gently spicy with just the right crunch. Ready in under 20 minutes, they’re packed with juicy chicken, soft vegetables, melted cheese, and finished with the bold heat of Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil. It’s the kind of wrap that feels comforting but exciting at the same time… and yes, you’ll probably want an extra drizzle of crispy chilli oil before the last fold.

Cooking Time: under 20 minutes

Serves: 2 wraps

Ingredients:

  • 300 g chicken breast, sliced
  • ½ red pepper, sliced
  • ¼ red onion, sliced
  • 25 g chopped spinach
  • 1–1½ tbsp Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil
  • 50 g light cream cheese
  • 50 g shredded cheese mix
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tortilla wraps

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil.
  2. Add the chicken, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked through.
  3. Transfer the hot chicken to a mixing bowl.
  4.  Add the red pepper, red onion, chopped spinach, cream cheese, and an extra drizzle of Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil.

  5. Mix well until everything is evenly coated and creamy.
  6. Divide the filling between the tortilla wraps, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and wrap tightly.
