Crispy Chilli Oil Rice Omelette
This Crispy Chilli Oil Rice Omelette is one of those recipes that feels effortless but delivers big on texture and flavour. Crispy golden rice on the bottom, soft eggs on top, and finished with your favourite spices and spring onion.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil
- 200 g cooked rice
- 3-4 eggs
- Your favourite spices
- 4 spring onions, chopped
Instructions:

Heat a pan over medium heat and add Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil. Add the rice and spread it into a thin, even layer across the pan.

Whisk the eggs, then pour them over the rice and spread evenly if needed.

Sprinkle your favourite spices and chopped spring onions on top.

Cover with a lid and cook for 3–5 minutes, until the eggs are set.

Loosen the edges, slide onto a plate, slice, and serve.
