XO Bok Choy 🥬

Ingredients:
- 400g bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 5g fresh ginger, minced
- 15ml soy sauce
- 1tbsp XO sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (cornstarch slurry)
- 1 tbsp oil (for cooking)
- 30ml waterÂ
Instructions:

Wash the bok choy thoroughly and slice in half lengthwise.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the bok choy to the pan, cut side down. Pour in the water, cover with a lid, and let steam for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Remove the lid and add soy sauce and XO sauce. Toss to coat evenly, then stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the bok choy is tender but still crisp.
- Plate immediately, making sure to drizzle all the delicious sauce over the bok choy. Garnish with Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chili Oil and sesame seeds. Serve hot as a side dish to rice, noodles, or your favorite main meal.Â
