Crispy Hot Honey Feta 🍯

Ingredients
- 1 block feta cheese
- Filo wrappers (enough to fully wrap the feta block)
- Hot Honey Chilli OilÂ
- Olive oil
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Lay out your filo wrappers on a clean surface.
- In a small bowl, gently melt the hot honey until slightly liquid. Add a splash of olive oil and mix until smooth.
- Spoon some of this hot-honey mixture into the center of the filo wrapper.
- Place the block of feta on top, then brush the honey mixture over the top and sides of the feta.
- Begin wrapping the feta, and every time you fold a layer, brush more of the honey mixture between the folds to fully coat it.
- Once the feta is completely wrapped and glossy, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Fry the wrapped feta on each side until golden, crispy, and caramelized, this should take just a few minutes.
- Serve warm, and if you’re feeling extra indulgent, drizzle more hot honey on top right before eating!
