Creamy Sesame & Soy Chilli Oil Infused Noodles🍜
Slurp-worthy, saucy, and seriously addictive!
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1-2 portions
Ingredients:
- Sesame & Soy Chilli Chan’s noodles
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- A tablespoon of hot noodle cooking water
- Spring Onion
- Egg
- Olive oil
Equipment:
- Bowl
- Pan
- Pot
- Spoon
- Knife / Scissors
Instructions:
- Make the sauce: In a bowl, mix 1 diced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, both sesame paste and soy sauce packets from the Sesame & Soy Noodles packet, and 1 teaspoon Chilli Chan's Chilli Oil.
- Mix well until the sauce is smooth.
- Boil water and cook the Chilli Chan’s knife-cut noodles for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Save 1 tablespoon of noodle water, then drain the noodles.
- Add the noodle water to the sauce and mix for a creamy texture.
- Heat a pan with a little olive oil and fry an egg until cooked.
- Add the drained noodles to the sauce.
- Mix well until the noodles are completely coated.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Top with the fried egg and enjoy! 🍜🍳
TIP ‼️
- You can adjust the quantity of the chilli oil. Incase you like the extra spiciness you can add more chilli oil if you prefer (or less)
- You can add chilli oil to the fried egg for some extra spice as well
- You can also garnish the dish with some sesame seeds
