Crispy Chilli Oil Garlic Beef Noodles 🍜
This is one of our go-to recipes when we're craving something quick but full of flavour! In under 20 minutes, you get chewy noodles, tender beef, and a rich sauce that combines, soy, vinegar, sesame, and our crispy chilli oil. Made with our vegan Sesame & Soy Knife-Cut Noodles, this dish is comforting, and the perfect weeknight dinner when takeout just won't cut it.

Serves: 1-2 people
Ingredients:
- Chilli Chan's Knife-Cut Noodles (Sesame & Soy flavor)
- 200g minced beef
- 2-3 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Chilli Chan's crispy chilli oil (or more to taste)
- Sesame sauce packet from the noodle box
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Sauce Mixture:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Chilli Chan's crispy chilli oil (or more, if you like it extra spicy!)
- Sesame sauce packet from the noodle box
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles for 3 minutes, then rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set this aside.
- Chop the spring onions and grate 1 tsp of fresh ginger.
- Heat oil (or sesame oil) in a pan. Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Add in the spring onions and ginger, and stir.
- Throw in the minced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Pour in the sauce mixture, stir to combine, and let in bubble for 1-2 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked noodles until evenly coated.
- Plate up, sprinkle with spring onions and sesame sees, and drizzle with extra chilli oil for the perfect finish!
