Crispy Chilli Oil Garlic Beef Noodles 🍜

This is one of our go-to recipes when we're craving something quick but full of flavour! In under 20 minutes, you get chewy noodles, tender beef, and a rich sauce that combines, soy, vinegar, sesame, and our crispy chilli oil. Made with our vegan Sesame & Soy Knife-Cut Noodles, this dish is comforting, and the perfect weeknight dinner when takeout just won't cut it.

Cook time: <20 minutes 

Serves: 1-2 people 

Ingredients: 

  • Chilli Chan's Knife-Cut Noodles (Sesame & Soy flavor)
  • 200g minced beef 
  • 2-3 spring onions, chopped 
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic 
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated 
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp black vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp sugar 
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Chan's crispy chilli oil (or more to taste) 
  • Sesame sauce packet from the noodle box
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional) 
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 

Sauce Mixture: 

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp black vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp sugar 
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Chan's crispy chilli oil (or more, if you like it extra spicy!) 
  • Sesame sauce packet from the noodle box

Instructions: 

  1. Cook the noodles for 3 minutes, then rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set this aside.
  2. Chop the spring onions and grate 1 tsp of fresh ginger. 
  3. Heat oil (or sesame oil) in a pan. Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic, cook until fragrant. 
  4. Add in the spring onions and ginger, and stir. 
  5. Throw in the minced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. 
  6. Pour in the sauce mixture, stir to combine, and let in bubble for 1-2 minutes. 
  7. Toss in the cooked noodles until evenly coated. 
  8. Plate up, sprinkle with spring onions and sesame sees, and drizzle with extra chilli oil for the perfect finish!
