What's XO? XO is a Hong Kong-Taiwanese sauce traditionally made with dried seafood. Ours is 100% vegan, built around dried hedgehog mushrooms, fermented soybean and fresh chilli - an umami explosion.

How to cook it: 1️⃣ Boil noodles 3 min · 2️⃣ Drain · 3️⃣ Toss with sauce packet · 4️⃣ Add a fried egg + spoon of crispy chilli oil for the upgrade
