Discover the secret to crafting the perfect soup dumplings with Chilli Chan's exclusive workshop, inspired by the world-renowned techniques of Din Tai Fung restaurant. (The first one was in Taipei) Whether you're a cooking enthusiast or a dumpling novice, this hands-on class will guide you through each step of the dumpling-making process, ensuring you leave with the skills to impress.

- Price: 75 Euros includes all materials and ingredients, a 3-course meal and wine tasting paired with our dishes with our special guest Dennis from Frog and Clogs

The workshop includes:

Appetiser: Fresh Cold Chinese Salad + Wine tasting- Teaching you a special trick on how to cut the cucumbers in a spiral, slinky-shaped way and how to make the sauce
- Starter Course: DIY Soup Dumplings + Wine tasting - Embracing Tradition and Folding Techniques. Engage in a hands-on experience. Learn how to make it a "Din Tai Fung" style
- Main Course + Wine tasting: Introducing and try our new sun-dried, knife-cut, thick, chewy noodles with either spicy XO vegan or sesame soy sauce
- Dessert: Chocolate Soup Dumpling - Experience a novel dessert that combines the charm of a traditional savoury dish with the indulgence of chocolate
