Introducing Eyan, the founder behind Chilli Chan’s. Born out of the 2021 COVID lockdown, Eyan's longing for home-cooked meals led her to experiment with her mother's recipes, resulting in her signature crispy chilli oil. After gifting it to friends and family the response was amazing so Eyan decided to turn her passion into a business. Juggling her corporate job at adidas and doing this on the side, she eventually took the leap to focus entirely on Chilli Chan’s, igniting a new chapter to bring delicious vegan Chinese flavours to your table!
